What the Lender-Readiness Check collects

Your first name, company name, and your answers to ten questions about your finances and plans with your lender or surety. Contact details (email or phone) are collected only after you check the consent box.

We do not ask for, and you should not share, tax-return data, Social Security numbers, or bank account numbers.

What the Borrowing Capacity Calculator collects

The calculator works entirely in your browser. The figures you type are not saved or sent while you use it.

If you ask for your full report and check the consent box, we receive your name, company, email, optional phone, the figures you entered and the estimates they produce. We use them to send your report and so Rashaan can follow up.

We also keep anonymous daily totals of how many people start the calculator, see results and request a report. These totals contain no names, figures or cookies.

Voice and typed answers

Ana’s spoken voice is generated by your own browser. If you use the microphone, your browser’s speech-recognition service converts your speech to text; depending on your browser, that service may be provided by the browser maker (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari). No audio recording is stored by us - only the resulting text.

When answers are sent to us

Your answers stay in your browser until you check the consent box and submit your contact details. Then your answers and contact details are sent to Win-Win B2B Solutions and stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) so Rashaan can follow up.

If you ask Ana an open question after your snapshot, the question is processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to draft a general answer. Client records remain completely private and are never used to train any public AI model.

Booking a strategy review

When you book a call, we receive your name, email, optional phone and company, the topic and any notes you add, so Rashaan can prepare and confirm the call.

How we use it

To prepare for a conversation with you, to send what you asked for, and to follow up if you agreed. We do not sell your information. Client records remain completely private and are never used to train any public AI model.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information for one year, then delete it. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, or to opt out of follow-up, contact us at hello@winwinb2bsolutions.com.
